WellSpring believes its products are only as good as the people who generate them. Rather than producing numerous prescription and over-the-counter drugs, there is a focus on a few niche products with a trusted history across generations. In so doing, the WellSpring Management Team allocates all resources to protecting and perfecting each product.
This philosophy is embedded in the strong WellSpring Management Team that leads the supporting staff. With years of experience, WellSpring’s Management Team is committed to ensuring proper procedures are followed and resources are put in place to achieve the mission and abide by the values of WellSpring. WellSpring’s Officers employ the leading minds in the science and business fields in order to create a culture in which new product innovation is encouraged and a standard of quality is the norm.
Management Team:
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer – J. Randall Keene
Mr. Keene has over 25 years of experience in a variety of executive positions in sales, finance and operations management. In conjunction with the formation of Ancor, Mr. Keene served as Chief Executive Officer of Avail Medical Products, Inc., creating one of the world's largest outsource manufacturers with 13 locations and 4,000 employees serving most of the largest OEMs. Mr. Keene serves as a director of Carex Health Brands, Inc., FCA Packaging, and Spencer N. Enterprises, Inc. He is a member of the Young President's Organization and was named to Medical Device and Diagnostic Industry magazine's "100 Notable People" list for his significant contributions to the medical device industry. Mr. Keene graduated with a B.B.A. with honors from the University of Texas Arlington.
Chief Financial Officer,Chief Operating Officer, US and Vice President, Canada – Wendy Shusko
Wendy Shusko, a WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation founder, has been with the company since January 2000 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Shusko has over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance with the previous seventeen years in the pharmaceutical industry. From 1992 until joining the WellSpring team, Ms. Shusko was employed by Roberts Pharmaceutical in various management capacities. During her years at Roberts, Ms. Shusko served as Assistant Treasurer, Controller and Director, Financial Operations. Ms. Shusko received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina and is a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant.
Bonnie Feeney has over 20 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry in a variety of senior positions, previously as V.P. Technical Operations with Roberts/Shire. Prior to that appointment, she had several years of experience with Searle Monsanto as Business Unit Director with responsibility for the Canadian Operations Division. Ms. Feeney completed the Executive Program at Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She is also currently responsible for the operation of all facets of the Canadian business. Ms. Feeney’s responsibilities include developing the strategy for and implementing business plans, as well as ensuring financial performance of the Canadian organization.
